This workshop is designed for people who want to build better work relationships, maximize impact, increase productivity, and drive results by applying effective communication and relationship management. In addition, maximizing our ability to work with others improves our ability to effectively facilitate client needs (i.e. referrals).
When we work in complex work environments, tasks are accomplished through the collaborative efforts of many.
Our ability to further develop good interpersonal skills and rapport in a busy environment can make—or break—your career. As we develop self-awareness, analyze situations, and consciously select and use productive communication strategies, we can harness differences with positive momentum.
