Unique Workshop Objectives:

1. Compare characteristics of Bison with skills needed to manage the ‘storms’ of life.
2. Review how personal values and self awareness impact our behavior and achieve perpetual resiliency
3. Utilize independent study to read about servant leadership, resiliency, change, strength based team & individual interactions. 
4. Complete home study by identifying steps toward successful change management.

NASW-PA Chapter is a co-sponsor of this workshop. 4 CEU’s  are approved – to meet the license requirements.  NASW- PA is a pre-approved provider of professional, continuing education for Social Workers (Section 47.36), Marriage and Family Therapist (Section 48.36) and Professional Counselors (Section 49.36).  The PA State Board of Nurses recognizes NASW-PA Chapter as an approved professional, state agency and/or affiliate and recognizes the CE’s associated with their sponsored events/workshops.
