Unique Workshop Objectives:
- Compare characteristics of Bison with skills needed to manage the ‘storms’ of life.
- Review how personal values and self awareness impact our behavior and achieve perpetual resiliency
- Utilize independent study to read about servant leadership, resiliency, change, strength based team & individual interactions.
- Complete home study by identifying steps toward successful change management.
